Incoming Mail 1853: France 80 c. carmine imperforate with clear margins all round and 1863 Empire 40 c. orange perf., used on 1863 entire letter from Paris (July 31) to Cobija, Bolivia with transits of London, double arc PANAMA cds of British P.O. in black (Aug 23) and single ring British P.O.
