Printed by Saul Soloman 1861 (Feb-April): Woodblock 4 d. pale milky blue on laid paper, a used example with clear margin at base and good to large on the other two sides, in a dull shade with unclear CGH obliterator cancellation, one small tone spot on reverse only, a sound example of a scarce stamp.
