World Jamboree, Arrowe Park, Birkenhead England 1929 (July 31 to Aug. 13): Picture postcard franked with 1½ d. with fine strike of three line "SCOUTS DE FRANCE / JAMBOREE  de la MAJORITÉ / BIRKENHEAD" in violet from the Auxiliary Camp cancelled in 'UPTON / WIRRAL Cheshire' together with another photocard with a 'View from an aeroplane of the opening of the great international Jamboree' with interesting text message about the daily life in the camp, both to France as well as a third card depicting Baden-Powell and written by a member of the Swiss delegation dispatched in "Liverpool Aug. 8 1929" to Geneva. A fine and scarce trio.
