Thilo in Moudon, Switzerland, franked with 1 d. and cancelled by 'Richmond Surrey meter mark, showing scarce handstamp."DELEGATION SUISSE / JAMBOREE 1920" in blue. The addressee is Ernst Thilo, president of the Vaudoise Scout Associaton and also in 1920, the "Livret de l'éclaireur Suisse", later known to many Scout generations as "Thilo", had been published.
