    1948: Booklets (2) with black on dull off-white covers, the first sold at 1 quetzal with 3 c. grey (Montufar) in a pane of nine stamps two panes of nine "Sello de Construccion" Obligatory Tax 1 c. orange (Gi 430 & 448/Scott 317 & RA22) which does not correspond to listing on the cover of the Booklet, the second Booklet sold at 1 q. 30 c. with Airmail 5 c. red in a pane of six (Gi 454/Scott C143) and 3 c. grey (Montufar) in two panes of nine stamps and two panes of nine "Sello de Construccion" Obligatory Tax 1 c. orange, again not as listed on the front of the Booklet. The Booklets sold poorly and were soon withdrawn, both types are very rare.rnrn
