Commercial cover from Bogotá addressed to New York, USA flown to Barranquilla, franked by postage 3 c. red on yellow and SCADTA 1920 30 c. black on rose each tied by cds's (Aug 19) in violet with large part "SOCIEDAD COLOMBO ALEMANA / DE / TRANSPORTES AÉREOS" cachet in violet at lower left. Roughly opened at right but a rare flight and unusual to an overseas address.
