    1926: Fiscal 5 c. purple, 10 c. green in a horizontal pair and 50 c. brown & olive-yellow, each with framed 'Postage' handstamped surcharge in black, used on reverse of 1926 Bank of Mongolia triple rate cover to Moscow tied by 'ULAN BATOR / MONGOLIA' datestamps in black (Oct 22) and further tied by Moscow arrival cds (Nov 5) in black, repeated strike of despatch cds on obverse. Slight closed tear on front not detracting from appearance, a scarce commercial franking.
