    1900: British Railway Administration, India CEF ½ a. blue-green, a used example on 1901 cover from Tientsin to Peking tied by "F.P.O. No. 20" cds (May 3) in black, used in combination with China 1901 5 c. on ½ c. brown surcharged "B.R.A. / 5 / Five Cents" in black, variety "Surcharge Inverted" cancelled by circular "Railway Post Office / Tientsin" in violet. Reverse with "F.P.O. No. 7" arrival cds (May 3). File fold well away from the adhesives, a very rare cover. Cert.
