    Double Heads 1910/13: £ 1 crimson & slate-black, variety "Imperforate" in an unused vertical pair, positions 44/49, with margins all round and of fine colour, tiny scuff in margin only at base mentioned for full accuracy, fresh and fine, large part og. Probably from a clandestine perf. sheet, nevertheless a magnificent pair - the sole recorded in private hands as the adjoining pair (positions 45/50) resides in the collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
