    1884: Cover sent stampless to Constantinople, sent unpaid as Consular / Official mail to "Said Pacha, Grand Vizier de L'Empire Ottoman, Constantinople" struck on despatch with bilingual "PLOVDIV / PHILIPPOPLE" cds in blue (12/VIj). Reverse with red wax seal and Constantinople arrival cds (June 26g) in black. Envelope trimmed at top and strengthened internally but a rare and most unusual cover. Opinion Todd (2015).
