    1920 (June 22): 5 st. on 10 st. red, a used example on 1920 postcard to Jambol tied by "Gabrovo" cds (April 10) in black - some weeks prior to Official issue. Underpaid by 10 stotinki, however the card was not taxed, as indeed one or two covers of this period can be found thus as it appears that, especially on internal mail, checks were not readily made. Hitzler estimates just 15 covers or cards exist in this period where underpayment has escaped taxation. Scarce. Cert. Hitzler (2016).
