    Segnatasse, 1917 (May 18): Underpaid Envelope from Napoli to Roma, bearing 1906 Vittorio Emanuele definitive 15 c. grey-black, tied by NAPOLI cds, taxed upon arrival for a 8th weight rate cover of 110 gr., bearing 1890/94 Segnatasse 1 l. blue & carmine in a superb horizontal pair showing the rare variety: imperforate as well as 5 c. and 20 c. of the same due issue, tied by ROMA datestamps. Horizontal file fold away from the stamps and some edge wear, nevertheless an impressive and most interesting cover with this sought after variety.
