DI PORTO" and the oval framed handstamp "I.R. PIROSCAFO / SUL / LAGO MAGGIORE" of the governmental ship line in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 352).rnNote: A very early usage of the piroscafo handstamp which is described in Tchilinghirian & Stephens to have been introduced in 1852.
