    1812 (Oct 14): Registered Colonial cover from Palpa to Lima via Arequipa, with with "#" at edges of letter to denote registration, fair only strikes of "FRANCA" and "PALPA" handstamps in brown (Colareta fig. 1 = unrecorded in black / Tizón figs. 1,2,3 = EXT, information taken from this cover), with manuscript "Certificacion sale en 14 Ocbre de 1812" and reverse with 'Porte = 3 , Certif. = 4 = 7' Reales rate. Receipted internally, despite soiling and small imperfections, a great rarity and entirely unique.
