    RMSP / PSNC 1864: Cover from Barcelona to Arequipa, Peru at double rate endorsed "via de Inglaterra" franked by 1864 2 r. blue on rose, two horizontal pairs, large margins all round, tied by barred numeral obliterator with Barcelona despatch cds at right (Dec 15). 'London / Paid' transit in red (Dec 19) and thence carried by the RMSP Steamer "Seine" from Southampton to St. Thomas, "Tyne" to Colon with double arc PANAMA cds (Jan 24) on obverse; and PSNC Steamer to Callao with Lima (Feb 2) arrival on reverse. Illustrated in Edition D'Or 59 on page 229. File fold away from the adhesives, a scarce destination at this date. Cert. Graus (1992).
