RMSP / PSNC 1854: Cover from Truro addressed to one Captain Hambly of HMS Monarch, Commanding Royal Marine Forces in Valparaiso, Chile; franked by two cut round 1847/54 Embossed 1 s. green tied by '814' numeral obliterators. Reverse with Truro despatch cds (Feb 15) and London transit (Feb 16) in red. Probably sent via the Magellan Straits as without a Panama transit.
