PSNC 1875: 5 c. violet postal stationery envelope used to France, up-rated with 1867 5 c. red tied by target handstamp in black, "SANTA ROSA / CHILE" despatch cds (June 7) in black at left. Valparaiso transit cds (June 7) on reverse in red and thence carried by PSNC Steamer "Iberia" via the Magellan Straits to Bordeaux with entry marking in red on front (July 20), where charged '12' décimes due.
