    1873 (Jan 10): Great Britain 1872 6 d. chestnut pl. 11 and 1867 10 d. red-brown, used on 1873 cover to Genova, Italy tied by bold strike of the "F85" obliterator in black with "Mayaguez Porto Rico / Paid" cds in black at left (Jan 10). The stamps also tied in transit by 'London / Paid' cds in red, reverse with Genova arrival cds (Feb 2). Adhesives with the slightest of aging but of fresh colour, an attractive and scarce make up of the 1/4d. rate.
