    1855 (May 7): Prepaid entire letter from Panama to Guatemala mailed via St. Thomas and Belize, rated '1/4d.' in red manuscript, struck on obverse with superb single ring "♚ / PAID / AT / ST. THOMAS" in black - the sole recorded example thus - with reverse showing British P.O. ST. THOMAS double arc cds in black (May 16) and fair only "Belize" double arc cds of transit in black. Rated '12' (reales) due to pay upon delivery. Some wrinkles but exceptional and unique Gi = £ 1'800++.rn
