Prepaid 3 shillings (double rate of 2/8 d. + Late Fee = 4 d.), backstamped in London (March 26) and Hong Kong with cds of transit (May 5) in blue. Manuscript '2' (pence) credit in red to Hong Kong. A scarce rate and attractive cover.
