Colour Changes 1869 (April-Sept): 4 d. yellow, perf. 11-12½, a horizontal pair used on 1870 cover to the Duke of Polignac in Paris, tied by bold strike of the vertical "A10" obliterator with 'St. Vincent' cds (May 25) in red alongside. Manuscript '7d.' credit in red crayon at left. 'London / Paid' transit (June 10) and circular PD in red with Calais transit cds also on obverse.
