    1862/68: 1 d. rose-red, perf. 11½ to 12½ in a vertical strip of four overlapping single 1869 1 s. indigo used on 1869 double rate cover to the Duke of Polignac in Paris and readdressed on arrival, cancelled by three strikes of the vertical "A10" obliterator with 'St. Vincent' cds (Nov 9) in red alongside. Manuscript '1/3d.' credit in red crayon at left. 'London / Paid' transit (Dec 2) and circular PD in red with Calais transit cds also on obverse.
