    Surcharged by 'The West Indian Press' 1892 (July 11): Provisional ½ d. on 4 d. deep brown, used examples (2) on local 1895 cover with a normal used example and the second stamp showing variety "Surcharge Double", one struck in black and the second in red, both showing variety "No Hyphen", neatly tied by 'Barbados' cds's (May 16) in black.
