Surcharged by the 'West Indian Press' 1878 (March 28): Provisional 1 d. on half 5 s. rose, perf. 15½ x 15, surcharge reading up, a used horizontal pair with 'blind' perforations between, both stamps showing '1' with curved serif (Type 3a), left hand stamp "No Stop after D", of good colour and fine appearance, cancelled by mute bootheel in black.
