Rough perforation 14 to 16 1861/70: (1 d.) blue, rough perforation 14 to 16, a single example used on 1868 Soldier's concessionary rate mourning envelope to London tied by bootheel "1" obliterator, endorsed "From Army Schoolmaster" of the 2nd Batallion, 16th Regiment, countersigned at lower left by Commanding Officer. 'London / Paid' transit cds in red on obverse (May 12) and reverse with Barbados despatch cds (April 25) and Nottingham arrival cds.
