    Postage Due 1864 (Apr 5): Cover from Islimiye/Sliven in Eastern Roumelia to Ruse/Rustchuk bearing Tughra Postage due 1 pi. & 2 pi. black on red-brown thin paper, two single examples tied by bold strikes of dotted RUSCUK handstamps in black (Coles & Walker fig. 60). Filing folds between the stamps affecting both stamps which were strongly repaired at base, nevertheless an impressive item from the well-known Zlatov correspondence.
