    Imperial Post 1873 (Sept 12): Envelope with all-Arabic address from Samsun to Constantinople, bearing a horizontal pair of 1872 3 kop. green perf. 14½, tied with fair "SAMSUN 12  SEP. 73" cds in blue, another information strike alongside (Tchilinghirian fig. 125). Reverse with "KONST-POLSK 16 SEP. 73" arrival cds in blue (Tchilinghirian fig 713).
