    Austrian Levant POs in Romania, ingoing 1868 (March 11): Triple rate part Lettersheet from Constantinople to Braila bearing 1864 5 s. rose perf. 9½ in combination with 1867 coarse whiskers 25 s. grey, two fine adhesives tied by wreathed "CONSTANTINOPEL 11 / 3" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 386), reverse with "JBRAILA 19 / 3" arrival cds (Tchilibghirian fig. 730) of the consular PO. Cover shortened and refolded, horizontal file fold above the stamps, neverthless an extremely rare item showing three times the 10 soldi port-to-port rate. In addition a combination franking, which is within the Levant of utmost rarity. Ferchenbauer not listed.
