    1867: Cover from the French PO in Yokohama to Flaniac, Ardêche, bearing Napoléon laureated 80 c. rose, a fine example with vibrant colour and good perforations, tied by crisp Gros Chiffres '5118' lozenge. Despatch "YOKOHAMA Bau FRANCAIS 5 SEPT 70" cds in bluish black, framed PD and French entry "PAQ. ANGL. v. SUEZ-AMB. MARSEILLE 30.10.70", both in red alongside.
