    Austrian offices in Bulgaria 1874 (Sept 20): Entire letter from Vidin to Vienna, bearing 1867 coarse whiskers 5 s. red, a fresh vertical strip of three, tied by clear thimble "WIDDIN 20 / 9 74" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 896) of the Consular post office. Reverse with WIEN arrival cds (Sept 22). Some nibbed perfs, a filing fold below the right hand stamp, nevertheless attractive.
