    Austrian offices in the Dobrudja 1869c (April 7): Entire letter from Sulina to Venezia bearing 1867 coarse whiskers 3 s. green, 5 s. red and 15 s. brown, fresh and fine single examples, tied by clear "SULINA 7 / 4" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 839), "P.D." alongside. Reverse with VENEZIA arrival cds (Apr. 18) and distribution handstamp. 5 soldi stamp glued to the cover edge, minor perf. irregularities due to this, nevertheless an attractive cover from this scarce office.
