    Austrian offices in Romania 1864 (Dec 30): Entire letter from Ibraila to Vienna bearing horizontal pair of 1864 15 s. brown perf. 9½, a fresh and fine multiple with good perforation and embossing, cancelled by crisp "IBRAILA 30 / 12" cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 730), reverse with Vienna arrival cds (Jan 7). File fold just above the stamps, an attractive cover in the pre-1866 rate with 15 s. for the Levant and 15 s. for third Austrian rayon.
