    1862/63: 1 d. pink, a used example on 1864 entire letter from Pasco to Bilbao, Spain tied by "Pasco / T" cds (Feb 22), prepaid to the border. Framed FRANCA handstamp in black (Lamy & Rinck fig. 113) denoting British charge prepaid with manuscript "7rs. Franca" at top. Charged upon receipt in Bilbao (April 2) with "8R." due to pay. An unusual entire to a surprisingly unusual destination at this date.
