    1967 (April 21): Airmail Printed Matter rate cover to Hanoi, Vietnam franked by April 1967 "Thoughts of Chairman Mao Tse-tung" 8 f. single value and complete strip of five 8 f. with gold surround all tied by Peking cds's in black. Corner cut to denote printed matter at upper left and reverse with Hanoi arrival cds. A few trivial faults but an exceptionally rare cover.
