Division Militaire/Le Général Menou' and regarding the nomination of several persons into higher duties, at bottom line the letter is dated 'Au Palais de St. Cloud le 2 Messidor an 12' (21.7.1803) and it bears the original signature of the Emperor 'Napoleon', a rare item of historical value, in addition lettersheet dated 1810 the time when Napoleon acted as King of Italy.
