    The Delegate's set of 14 values, all overprinted "UNIVERSAL / POSTAL / UNION" in blue, with both types of the $ 1 dark blue (Type II with PF. cert), Special Delivery 10 c. blue optd. in red; Postage Due set of seven optd. in blue and the Newspaper stamp issue complete from 1 c. to $ 100 violet, fresh and very fine mint set, some unmounted, some large part og. Extremely scarce, just 125 sets were overprinted for distribution to the Delegates at the Congress, together with the original envelope in which the stamps were given to Delegates Scott = $ 6'225.
