    Austrian Levant Rates 1869 (Nov 10): Stationery Envelope 1867 5 kr. red sent registered from Vienna to Constantinople with additional franking of 1867 10 kr. blue and 15 kr. brown, fine and fresh examples, tied by "WIEN 10/11, 6-7 A. 69" cds's in blue with framed RCMDT in red alongside. Reverse with ornamental "CONSTANTINOPEL 19/11" arrival cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 385). An attractive cover to the main Lloyd administration in Constantinople. Illustrated in the Ferchenbauer handbook part IV on page 544. Cert. E.
