    Consular Post offices 1841 (July 19): Entire Letter from Bucharest to the entrepreneur Georg Simon Sina (1783-1856) in Vienna, struck with clear one line BUKUREST handstamp (Müller 2008d; Tchilinghirian fig. 707) in black: Reverse with Rothenturm 'SIGILLIUM  SANITATIS' disinfection handstamp with parts of the red wax seal and "WIEN 31 JUL" arrival datestamp, charged in total '7+14/21' kreuzer due upon arrival.
