Recess by Perkins Bacon 1855 (Oct): 6 d. deep blue, wmk. Large Star, imperforate, a used horizontal pair, large margins all round with portions of adjoining stamps on three sides and marginal at left, lightly cancelled by barred obliterator in black. Ironed creases but nevertheless exceptionally attractive. Cert. BPA (2019) Gi = £ 340+.
