    1875 (July): Great Britain 1873 1 s. green pl. 10, a vertical strip of three lettered RF/TF, used on 1875 double rate cover from Cobija to Guildford, England endorsed 'via Panama, per W.I. Mail to Southampton' tied by two bold strikes of the "C39" obliterator in black. The stamps originally cut on piece from the envelope and thankfully returned to their original position, reverse with Guildford arrival cds (Aug 12). Possibly the finest strikes known of this amazingly elusive Postal Agency and despite the obvious imperfection, an attractive cover and a very rare usage.
