    1869 (Jan 26): Great Briain 1865 4 d. vermilion pl. 10, a horizontal pair used on 1869 cover from Buenos Aires to Toulouse, France, originally endorsed 'Par Southampton' and altered to 'Lisbonne', cancelled by "B32" obliterator. Reverse with single ring 'Buenos Ayres' cds. Underpaid and the adhesives cancelled by both red Bordeaux entry marking and by '12' décime charge marking. Toulouse arrival cds on reverse (March 6). Some aging but very few Great Britain Used Abroad covers are underpaid and this is partiularly fine.
