    1871 (April): Cover from Peru initially franked by 1868 Le Coq 1 d. green (Scott 12), probably carried privately to Panama where franked by Great Britain 1864 1 d. red pl. 81, four examples, 1867 6 d. violet pl. 8 and 1 s. green pl. 4 all tied by six strikes of the "C35" obliterator with PANAMA / TRANSIT cds alongside (April 20) in black. Faint London transit cds in red and reverse with Genova arrival cds (May 17) in black and charged '40' centesemi for local delivery.
