    Provisional Issue 1861 (March): Woodblock 4 d. pale bright blue on laid paper, a used example with large margins all round and portion of adjoining stamp at left, used on 1861 cover to Port Elizabeth tied by CGH obliterator in black. Reverse with oval framed GRAHAMS-TOWN datestamp and oval PORT ELIZABETH arrival datestamp in red (March 25). The adhesive with pre-printing paper fold, but a fine and very rare cover. Cert. BPA (2018).
