    1881 (Jan 1): Locally surcharged "2½" on 1 s. lilac, Setting 5, surcharge Type 19, an unused corner block of fifteen, the right half of the sheet with margins on two sides, showing five complete settings of three stamps, many of the stamps showing the characteristic lack of fraction bar associated with this surcharge, of lovely delicate colour, the lower row attached by hinges as virtually severed by scissors, protective hinges on large part og.
