Manuscript '4' at left in manuscript and handstruck "8d." charge mark in black alongside. Reverse with single ring despatch datestamp (1 / Oct 25), St. Thomas double arc cds (Oct 30), faint Halifax and Ragged Island arrival. File fold away from the adhesive, a splendid and rare entire to a most unusual destination.
