    Provisional Surcharges 1885/86: ½ on 1 d. carmine-rose in an unsevered horizontal pair, June 1886 1 d. on 6 d. green and 4 d. on 6 d. green used on petite 1886 envelope sent registered to Horsham tid by "A12" oblterators and by 'St. Kitts' despatch cds (Sept 29) in black. Oval 'R' at left and 'Registered / London' transit (Oct 17) in red. Reverse with 'Horsham / Station Office' arrival cds (Oct 17) with month slug error in black. A charming and extremely rare cover.
