    1876 (June 12): De La Rue Die Proof for the 8 d. value, printed in black on glazed white card, with Corner Letters NH /MD and Plate Number 13, with small faults in the Proof showing the lack of shading on Queen Victoria's chin and poor outline to the top of the hair; handstamped "June 12, 1876" in black. A rare and fine Proof. The same Die Proof handstamped the same day "June 12, 1876" is in the National Postal Museum in London (vol.
