    1869: 25 b. orange & blue, a fine example with fair to good margins, in a vivid shade (transfer type 1), tied by "BRAILA 23 /4 " (1869) cds (Kiriac fig. 368) and grill obliterator in blue to entire letter to Vienna, framed "P.D." alongside, reverse with thimble Vienna arrival cds (Apr 27). Some toning, an early usage of the new 'international' stamps issued at the beginning of April 1869 after the closure of the Austrian consular offices in Romania. Signed Heimbüchler.
