    Mail from France to Greece 1869: Entire letter sent unpaid from Paris to Athens, struck with 'Paris' despatch cds (Sept 25) and with large '90 LEP' due marking in black (van der Linden fig. 3338), carried on the Ligne U Paquebot 'Volga' and taxed accordingly on arrival with 1862/69 10 l. pale orange on blued and 80 l. carmine tied by Athens cds's (Sept 24, julian) in black. Some minor bends but a most attractive and rare entire. Illustrated in 'Les Tarifs Helléniques' on page 101. Hellas 22+26.
