    Incoming from Austrian Levant Offices 1868 (March 12): Partially prepaid cover from Tulcea to Syra, bearing Austrian Italy 1864 Arms 15 s. bistre, tied by TULTSCHA despatch cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 837) in black, upon arrival charged with '20' lepta in blue crayon. Cleaned plates printing 1868/69 20 l. blue applied and tied by Syros arrival cds (March 10, 1868). The Arms stamp damaged at top right during opening of the envelope, the 20 lepta shaved at base, the cover with wear and tear, nevertheless a very rare cover Hellas 27a.
